摘    要:根据装卸桥的设计计算方法,推导了主梁金属结构的数学模型。采用离散变量的组合复合型算法编制了主梁优化的计算机软件,计算表明,优化设计可使主梁自重减轻9.28% ̄13.86%,且结构更加安全合理。其结果可为今后装卸桥主梁的系列设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, according to the present design method of the handling portalcrane,the mathematical model of metal structure of gantry girder is derived indetail.The program of the gantry girder optimal design is got with the combinational and composite algorithm of discrete variables. Through the calculation, it isconcluded that weights of gantry girder can be lightened from 9.28 percent to13. 86 percent with optimal design and its structure is more security and rational.It also provides the theoretical basis for serial design of a single triangular trussgirder.
