| 摘 要： | 葱属植物在内蒙古地区分布范围广、种类多，有28个种，可食用的有13个种，其中有9个野生种。本文从葱属野菜的形态特征、花器官形态、染色体核型及地理分布等方面阐明了其多样性，并从食用、药用、牧草等方面综述了内蒙古葱属野菜的利用现状及开发潜力，针对目前野菜开发利用中存在的问题，提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | There are about 28 species of Allium L. in Inner Mongolia,and 13 species could be edible including 9 wild species. The diversity of their botanical characteristics, pollen microstructure, chromosome karyotype and geographic distribution are analyzed. The utilization and potential value are summarized. For the existing problems of researches and utilization, the appropriate countermeasures are provided. |
