| 摘 要： | 本研究将模糊综合评判分析的数学方法引入到城区土地定级中来，以其中一个评价单元为例介绍了利用两级模糊综合评判对齐河县城区土地进行分级的方法，按照最大隶属度原则将齐河县城区土地分为4级。经实践检验，该方法确定的土地级别符合当地的实际，能够遵循城市土地质量变化的规律，说明模糊综合评判法在小城镇土地定级中的应用是可行的。

| Abstract: | This paper, in accordance with the characteristics of small cities and towns, applied fuzzy comprehensive method in land gradation, and took an unit as example to introduce land grading in Qihe city using the fuzzy two-levels comprehensive evaluation. At last, the land was classified into four regions. The grade reflects actual difference of land quality and is more accurate and credible. |
