黄瓜内生细菌的分离及拮抗菌株的筛选初报

摘    要:采用组织分离法,从黄瓜各器官(根、茎、叶)中得到内生细菌173株,其中根中分离得到的最多,占分离总数的42.8%;其次为叶,占32.4%;茎最少,占24.8%。通过平板对峙培养筛选出8株对黄瓜灰霉病菌具有较强拮抗作用的细菌,再对这8株茵发酵滤液的抑茵活性进行测定,选出抑茵效果最好的2个菌株B12和B13,抑制率分别为84.0%和81.8%。

Abstract:One hundred and seventy-three strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated from different organs of cucumber. Strain isolated from root accounted for 42.8%, 32.4% isolated from leaf, 24.8% isolated from stem. Eight strains showed strong antagonistic activities to Botrytis cinerea by dual-cuhure tests. B12 and BI3 were screened out by antibacterial activity determination of fermentation filtrates of eight strains, which had the best inhibitory effects on Botrytis cinerea, their inhibitory rates were 84.0% and 81.8%, respectively.
