臂尾轮虫属的数值分类研究

摘    要:应用数值分类方法,将13种臂尾轮虫(Brachionus)、十指平甲轮虫(Platyias militaris)、盘状鞍甲轮虫(Lepadella patella)等15种轮虫作为分类单元,选取它们的45项性状作为变量,以卡方距离类平均的聚类方法进行聚类分析,建立的聚类树状图将14种臂尾轮虫分为3个类群,其结果与遗传分析方法的结果基本一致,并支持裂足臂尾轮虫(B.diversicornis)、十指平甲轮虫隶属于臂尾轮虫属。研究表明,数值分类可以较好地反映臂尾轮虫属的自然系统关系和分类地位。

Abstract:Methods based on hierarchical cluster analysis, numerical taxonomy was first applied to 13 kinds of Brachionus, Platyias militaris and Lepadella patella.A total of 45 characters was evaluated from specimens in 15 Operational Taxonomic Units (OTU) .The results of hierarchical cluster analysis show that relation and the taxonomic position of 13 (OTU) kinds of Brachionus, Lepadella patelle and Platyias militaris.It was so concluded that Platyias militaris and B.diversicornis was assigned to Brachionus.The results of numerical taxonomy could objectively reflect the taxonomic position of Brachionus.
