摘    要:乳酸菌是人、畜禽胃肠道以及一些食物中的重要菌群之一,广泛用于食品、饲料和医药等领域,是一类具备多种益生功能的微生物。以乳酸菌为代表的微生态制剂,具有改善机体生长性能、促进机体免疫系统发育防止发生疾病、维持机体胃肠道微生态平衡、提升抗氧化能力、促进机体对营养物质的消化吸收等作用,一直是各大饲料企业以及家禽养殖业关注的焦点。文章主要对乳酸菌的分类、生理功能及不同乳酸菌在家禽生产中的应用展开叙述。

Abstract:Lactobacillus is one of the important bacteria in gastrointestinal tract of human, livestock and poultry as well as some foods. It is widely used in food, feed and medicine and other areas. It is a kind of microorganism with a variety of probiotic functions. Represented by probiotics, lactobacillus probiotics, with improving the body’s growth performance,promote the body’s immune system development to prevent disease, maintain the body gastrointestinal tract microecological balance, enhance antioxidant capacity, promote the body’s digestion and absorption of nutrients, has been a major feed enterprise and the focus of poultry industry. The classification, physiological function and application of different lactic acid bacteria in poultry production were described in the paper.
