| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇 0.05%H3PO4为流动相,使用以ZORBAX80AExtend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在265 nm波长下对试样进行分离和定量分析.结果表明噻虫胺的线性相关系数为0.999 7;标准偏差为0.38;变异系数为0.77%:平均回收率为99.6%.

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of clothianidin by HPLC with methanol and 0.05%H3PO4 as mobile phase, ZORBAX80A Extend-C18 column and DAD at 265nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, the standard deviation was 0.38, the variation coefficient was 0.77%, the average recovery was 99.6%. |
