| 摘 要： | 为了考核食品安全监督抽检机构沙门氏菌的检测能力,按照《沙门氏菌盲样考核作业指导书》的要求和GB4789.10—2016的方法对10件样品(编码为CODE 1~CODE 10)进行检验并对分离菌株进行血清分型。编号为CODE 2的样品检出S.Colindale,编号为CODE 5的样品检出S.Agona,编号为CODE 6的样品检出S.Liverpool和S.II。此次试验室盲样考核结果为"满意"。

| Abstract: | In order to check the ability of Salmonella testing in microbiology laboratory,according to the requirements of Salmonella inspection in milk powder and GB 4789.10—2016 Food Safety Standards for Microbiological Testing of Salmonella,the isolation and serological identification of Salmonella in 10 samples were performed.Salmonella Colindale was detected in CODE 2 sample,Salmonella Agona was detected in CODE 5 sample,and Salmonella Liverpool,Salmonella II were detected in CODE 6 sample.The results of the unknown sample test of the laboratory were"satisfactory". |
