线上教学课程成绩评定体系在“食品标准与法规” 教学中的实践

摘    要:为提高网络教学过程中“食品标准与法规”课程线上教学质量,探寻适合的线上教学方法,基于超星学习通平台和腾讯会议线上授课的现状,提出了一套“食品标准与法规”课程成绩评定体系,依据课前、课中和课后的多维度多组合评定平时成绩和过程成绩,并结合期末考试成绩作为课程的最终成绩。结果表明,线上教学成绩评定体系在教学过程中的实施效果显著,该成绩评定体系能有效促进学生在“食品标准与法规”课程中的自主学习行为,可为其他高校课程网络教学提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In this study,we proposed a set of performance evaluation system for Food Standards and Regulations course.This system was based on the current situation of online teaching platforms of Superstar Learning and Tencent Meeting.It was expected to improve the online teaching quality of Food Standards and Regulations course in the process of online teaching,and determine suitable online teaching methods.Usual and procedure grades were given by evaluating multi-dimensional and multi-combination of performance before,during and after class,and the final grade of the course was given by combining with the final examination results.The results showed that the implementation effect of online teaching performance evaluation system in the teaching process was significant.The score evaluation system can effectively promote students'autonomous learning behavior in Food Standards and Regulations course,and can provide guide for other university courses online teaching.
