| 摘 要： | 针对如何保证农产品农药残留能力验证试验结果满意,需要把握好哪几个关键点进行探讨分析。通过竹笋中农残的能力验证,样品前处理采用NY/T 761的方法,必须注意:提取液的过滤要用定性滤纸或脱脂棉,提取液过滤后静置时间控制在30~40 min,吸取10 mL乙腈液体时要准确,净化步骤的水浴温度要严格按照方法要求的温度,氮吹切记不要吹的太干,最后定容5 mL要准确。检测结束后,对结果进行验证,并采用盲样的空白基质加标和盲样空白基质配的方法,分析判断结果准确性,得出真值,上报能力验证结果,1个月后有Z值反馈,结果为满意。

| Abstract: | In this paper,how to ensure the agricultural products pesticide residue capacity test results were satisfactory need to grasp which key points were discussed and analyzed.In order to pass the ability verification of agricultural residues in bamboo shoots,Put to used for sample pretreatment For the method of NY/T 761,it must be noted that qualitative filter paper or absorbent cotton shall be used for the filtration of the extraction solution,the standing time of the extraction solution after filtration shall be controlled between 30 min and 40 min,and 10 mL acetonitrile liquid shall be accurately absorbed,the water bath temperature of the purification step shall be strictly in accordance with the temperature required by the method,and the nitrogen blowing shall not be too dry.Finally,it was determined The volume of 5 mL should be accurate.After the test,it was very important to verify the results.At this time,the method of blank matrix labeling of blind samples and blank matrix matching of blind samples was used to analyze and judge the accuracy of the results,get the true value,report the ability verification results,and a month later,there was Z value feedback,the results are satisfactory. |
