| 摘 要： | 通过2008年全国兽药质量抽检结果，分析了我国兽药质量安全现状，如非法生产问题突出，含量不足、蓄意造假，经营和使用环节假劣兽药比例仍然较高等问题。剖析了兽药行业生产环节、经营环节、使用环节、兽药监督管理工作中存在的主要问题。提出了推进兽药GMP发展，规范兽药经营行为，转变政府职能，加强社会监督等措施。

| Abstract: | Through the national veterinary drug quality spot-check result in 2008, has analyzed the quality and safety of Chinese veterinary drug present situation, such as the illegal production problems, lack of content, deliberate fabrication, operation and use links counterfeit and inferior veterinary drug proportion are still high, and other problems. Analysis of the veterinary drug industry production processes links, business links, the use of links, and veterinary drug supervision and management of the main problems. Propose to promote the development of veterinary drug GMP, transformation of government functions, regulate the operation of veterinary drug, measures to strengthen social supervision. |
