西洋参生长过程中土壤微生物区系的动态变化

摘    要:以吉林、北京两个产地不同年限西洋参根际土壤微生物为研究对象,对其土壤微生物进行分离、培养、计数和鉴定来研究土壤微生物区系的动态变化。结果显示:通过对不同生长年限的比较,西洋参根际土壤微生物有总体水平看,均有所增长,土壤理化性质也有不同程度的改变。鉴别出西洋参根际真菌的主要优势种群,并且得出西洋参根际的主要病原菌(Alternaria sp.)等和拮抗菌(Thrichoderma sp.)等随着生长年限的增加所占比例均有所增加。

Abstract:The American Ginseng ,as the study objects, which grew in different years in Jiling and Beijing, were studied on Dynamics of Soil Microorganisms by separating, culturing, counting and identifying the edaphon among soil of American Ginsengs. As the result showed: Compared to American Ginsengs growing in different years, the result showed that the amount of edaphon in American Ginsengs’ rhizosphere became larger and the soil physcial and chemical properties changed in different degree .Moreover, the major advantages of the occasion of fungi populations of American ginseng rhizosphere soil were indentified. And The group and quantity of pathogen (Alternaria sp.) and antagonistic bacteria (Thrichoderma sp.) in rhizosphere soil of American ginseng all increased as time passing by.
