| 摘 要： | 采用临床调查、BMT法和苛性钠法对绵阳市6个不同规模奶牛场的乳房炎进行了检测。结果表明，临床型乳房炎的发病率为2％～11．67％（平均发病率为6．08％），隐性乳房炎的感染率为41．67％～86．40％（平均感染率为55．00％）。用SPSS统计软件对奶牛乳房炎各乳区之间的相关性及BMT和苛性钠两种检测方法的差异性进行了方差分析。结果表明，奶牛乳房炎各乳区之间的感染率差异不显著（P〉0．05），乳房炎的发生与乳区之间无明显相关性；BMT和NaOH两种方法对乳房炎检测的结果之间差异不显著（P〉0．05），表明这两种方法都可用于隐性乳房炎的检测。

| Abstract: | Milk cow mastitis was detected by clinical investigation,BMT and NaOH test in Mianyang city.The result indicated that the morbidity of clinical mastitis was 2%~11.67%,the positive rate of recessive mastitis was 41.67%~86.40%.With SPSS software,the correlation of mastitis infected among the quarters was statistically analyzed,and the results of BMT and NaOH method were compared.There was no statistically significant correlation between mastitis and milking quarters(P>(0.05)).BMT and NaOH methods used for detecting recessive mastitis indicated that both of the methods can be equally used to detect recessive mastitis. |
