摘    要:家养动物遗传背景与环境因素间的互作效应是影响性状表现的一个重要因素,因此研究环境因素对不同品种生产性能的影响差异具有重要意义。以天府黑兔与齐卡兔为试验材料,研究在热应激条件下精液质量的变化情况,探讨热应激对不同品种家兔精液质量的影响程度是否存在显著差异。结果显示:随着环境温度的改变,两种家兔精液的精子密度、活精子率、精子畸形率和MDA值4个指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05),高温热应激环境下精液的精子密度和活精子率较低,而精子畸形率和MDA值较高。在相同程度的热应激环境下,天府黑兔精液品质的各项常规指标和MDA值均优于齐卡兔。

Abstract:To evaluate the effect of environmental factors on production performances is significant to understand the interaction between genetic background and environment in domestic animals,which is critical for determining phenotype traits.In this study,we investigated the effect of environmental heat stress on semen quality in different rabbit breeds(Tianfu black rabbit and Zika rabbit) to explore whether there was significant difference among different varieties of rabbit’s semen quality on the inflnence of heat stress.Our results revealed that the sperm density,live sperm percentage,abnormal sperm rate,and MDA value were statistically significant differences among different environmental temperatures(P<0.05).Sperm density and live sperm percentagedecreased under the condition of heat stress,however abnormal sperm rate and MDA value increased.The semen quality and MDA value of Tianfu black rabbit exceed that of Zika rabbit in the same environmentalheat stress.
