摘    要:2007年在敦煌市以烟粉虱-棉花为模式,研究了棉花在烟粉虱胁迫下化学防御的生理生化特征.在不同虫口密度下,测定了棉花叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、类胡萝卜素(Car)的动态变化.结果表明,烟粉虱作用后,棉株叶片SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性与虫口密度呈正相关,而类胡萝卜素含量与虫口密度呈负相关.距虫源10 m处SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性和类胡萝卜素含量变化大于距虫源20 m处.
