| 摘 要： | 为大量繁殖尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)超雄鱼,利用雌性激素处理刚孵化出膜的YY型鱼苗可使其转化为雌鱼,且具有生殖功能这一关键技术,使原先的"三系配套"技术简化为两系配套,并运用于实际生产。使用该技术建立了YY♂/YY△♀种质库,储备超雄鱼近20万尾,YY型生理雌鱼近万尾,生产XY型全雄鱼近3亿尾,现已应用于福建、海南和广东等省区。

| Abstract: | In order to product super male Oreochromis niloticus,the original breeding method is simplified.The key technology is the female conversion of YY genotype fry by using estrogen(FH),without damage of the fries’ reproductive function.By using this new breeding method,YY♂/YY△♀ germplasm bank has been constructed,nearly 200 000 super male fish and 10 000 YY genotype female fish have been reserved,nearly 300 million XY genotype male fish have been produced.The product has been applicated in Fujian,Hainan and Guangdong provinces. |
