基于Proe5.0与Ansys—Workbench板材起重运输三工位上料机机架主梁的有限元分析

摘    要:使用板材三工位起重运输上料机将大大节省送料周期,提高自动化程度,使板材输送线布置更加合理。在三工位上料机机架受力分析的基础上,利用Proe5.0软件建立了相关的三维模型,并针对其结构强度的相关计算,提出利用Ansys—Workbench软件对上料机机架主梁进行相关校核。

Abstract:Three-position plate lifting, transporting and feeding equipment can greatly save the feeding cycle, increase the automation degree and make the plate conveying route layout more rational. Based on the force applied on the frame of the three-position feeder, Proe5.0 software is used to establish a relevant three-dimensional model and based on relevant calculation of its structural strength, it is proposed that Ansys -Workbench software be used to conduct relevant check
