| 摘 要： | 应用ELISA方法对鄂西北地区35家标准化猪场282份血清进行猪圆环病毒2型抗体水平检测，间接监测猪圆环病毒2型感染情况。试验结果表明：送检血清中阳性者为207份，总体阳性率73.4％，阳性ELISA值正态分布于0.15~0.6，其中0.3~0.4分布最多，占阳性数的25.1％；送检猪场中未感染猪圆环病毒2型者占17.1％，感染猪圆环病毒2型的猪场占82.9％；通过对发病猪进行临床症状观察和病理剖检发现具有典型猪圆环病毒2型特征。

| Abstract: | The antibody titer of PCV-2 of 282 serum samples from 38 standard pig farms were detected with ELISA. The results showed the positive sera were 207, the positive rate was 73.4%,and the positive values were between 0.15 and 0.60, especially focused on 0.3 to 0.4,which was up to 25.1%. Among the tested pig farms, 82.9% pig farms were PCV-2 positive and only 17.1% pig farms were negative. Through the clinic observation and the pathologic autopsy, the sick swine had the typical character of PCV-2. |
