| 摘 要： | 研究了不同嫁接方法、采穗母树年龄及嫁接时间对沙松嫁接成活率的影响.结果表明:沙松嫁接采用劈接法处理最佳,嫁接成活率为49.1％.沙松嫁接成活率随着采穗母树的年龄增加而下降,采穗母树的年龄在60～70a时嫁接成活率最高,为48.8％,而在90～100a时成活率仅为21.4％.因此,在采集穗条时,应尽量在年龄低的母树上采集...

| Abstract: | The effects of grafting methods,the age of cutting woods trees and grafting times on grafting survival rate of Abies holophylla Maxim were studied here.The results showed that during the grafting of Abies holophylla Maxim,to take full advantage of scion as a standard,cleft grafting was adopted as far as possible,supplemented by pith-cambium grafting.Survival rate for cleft grafting was 49.1%,while 41.5% for pith-cambium grafting.With the age of cutting woods trees increasing,grafting survival rate of Abies holophylla Maxim decreases.As for scion collection,scions on the young cutting woods trees were collected as much as possible.Grafting time on grafting of Abies holophylla Maxim was by end of May. |
