| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了便携式近红外水果分析仪的检测流程以及系统组成,对比分析了几种国内外商品化的便携式近红外水果检测仪,总结了其国内外发展研究近况,并展望了便携式近红外水果检测仪的发展趋势。便携式近红外水果分析仪检测目标由产后管理检测逐步发展为产中管理监测,有力地保证了产后水果产品的质量。

| Abstract: | The detection process and the consist system of NIR technology for nondestructive measurement of fruit were introduced.A comparative analysis was given among several instruments and the latest progress at home and abroad was summarized.The development and trend of NIR instrument for detecting fruit quality was analyzed.The target of portable NIR fruit detective instrument was developed from postharvest management into production stage monitoring,so the quality of postharvest fruit products guaranteed. |
