异鳞苔草快速繁殖研究

摘    要:以异鳞苔草种子为材料,用无菌培养的方式进行快速繁殖试验。结果表明,最适宜诱导种子萌发的培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;最适宜幼苗的继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;最适宜诱导生根的培养基为MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L。

Abstract:Aimed at rapid reproduction,the experiment was conducted with Carex heterolepis seeds as the materials through sterile culture.The results indicated that: the media containing 1/2 MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L was the most suitable for seed germination;the media containing MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L was the most suitable for the proliferation of seedling subculture;the media containing MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the easiest to regenerate root for seedlings.
