| 摘 要： | 选择日龄、体质量相近的2月龄波尔山羊和本地山羊的杂交羊,随机分为3组,进行粪链球菌对杂交山羊增质量速度的影响试验。其中,1组添加100 mg/kg粪链球菌;2组添加100 mg/kg粪链球菌+100 mg/kg低聚异麦芽糖;对照组饲喂常规山羊日粮。结果表明,1组、2组日增质量分别较对照组提高了20.2%和7.5%,组间差异不显著。这是由于粪链球菌分泌的乳酸为L型乳酸,可完全被动物吸收利用;其添加到日粮中可提高饲料的转化和吸收率,表现为体质量增加明显。 |

| Abstract: | Two month old lactation goats,crossed with Boer and local ones,with similar age and body weights were chozen and devided into three groups to test the influence of diets added with Streptococcus faecalis to weight gain speed.In group 1,100 mg/kg of Streptococcus faecalis was added into diet;in group 2,100 mg/kg of fecal streptococci plus 100 mg/kg oligo-isomaltose was added,and conventional diet for group 3.The results showed that the daily weight gain in group 1 and 2 increased 20.2% and 7.5%,and the differences between groups was not so significant.It is due to L pattern lactic acid excreted by Streptococcus faecalis,which could be completely absorbed and utilized by the animals.Its supplement into diet could promote conversion and absorptivity of the feed,and later demonstrated in form of remarkable weight gain. |
