微生物发酵菌剂对猪粪堆肥腐熟的影响

摘    要:研究了添加微生物发酵菌剂对猪粪堆肥腐熟的影响。结果表明,添加微生物发酵菌剂堆肥温度第6d达到50℃,50℃以上持续时间达7d,符合粪便无害化卫生标准要求,C/N第20d下降为19.7∶1,第25d NH4+-N含量减少至72.6mg/kg,水溶性碳降低至4.7g/kg,种子发芽指数达到81.4%,上述指标均达到腐熟要求;对照堆肥温度第12d达到50℃,50℃以上持续时间为3.5d,第25d C/N为22.8∶1,NH4+-N含量为973.4mg/kg,水溶性碳含量为12.8g/kg,种子发芽指数为47.5%,均未达到腐熟要求;此外,添加菌剂处理堆肥物理性状明显改善,臭味明显减少。说明接种微生物发酵菌剂能明显加速堆肥的腐熟进程。

Abstract:The effect of microorganism inoculants on pig manure composting was studied.The results showed that temperature of the compost appended microorganism inoculants reached 50℃ on the 6th day after treatment and duration extended 7 days under condition of more than 50℃,it tallied with sanitary standard for the non-hazardous treatment of pig manure(GB7959-87),the carbon/nitrogen ratio declined to 19.7∶1 after 20 days.The content of NH_4~+-N and water-soluble carbon(WSC) reduced to 72.6mg/kg and 4.7g/kg respectively after 25 days,moreover,germination index of seeds reached 81.4%.The above indexes satisfied the demand of manure maturity.However,the check treatment took 12 days to make the temperature of the compost reach 50℃ and the duration for above 50℃ extended 3.5 days.The carbon/nitrogen ratio,the content of NH_4~+-N and WSC reduced to 22.8∶1,973.4mg/kg and 12.8g/kg respectively after 25 days,and the index of seed germination only reached 47.5%,which didn't satisfy the demand of manure maturity.Furthermore,the physical properties of the compost appended microorganism inoculants were improved and its odor lessened evidently.The comparison indicated microorganism inoculants could obviously accelerate the maturity of the compost.
