摘    要:以粗多糖得率和含量为评价指标,对水提醇沉制备猴头菌多糖(Hericium erinaceuspolysaccharides,HEP)工艺中主要醇沉条件进行了筛选,得出猴头菌多糖醇沉的最佳工艺条件:提取液的浓缩比(粗提液体积∶子实体干重,mL∶g)为3∶1,醇沉浓度70%,加入乙醇时浓缩液温度为40℃,醇沉时间和静置温度分别为8 h和4℃。不同醇沉浓度得到的多糖分子量分布及体外免疫活性测定结果表明,醇沉浓度为40%时,得到的多糖大分子部分占的比例较高,活性较好。醇沉浓度越高,多糖含有的小分子物质越多。

Abstract:The conditions used for ethanol precipitation of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides from aqueous extracts of mushroom fruit bodies were optimized based on yield and polysaccharide content.Higher yields and polysaccharide contents were obtained under the following conditions: concentration ratio(extract volume∶dry weight of fruit body),3∶1(mL∶g);ethanol concentration used for precipitation,70%;initial temperature of concentrated extract,40 ℃;precipitation time and temperature,8 h and 4 ℃ respectively.Molecular weight distribution determinations revealed that the proportion of macromolecular material was high in polysaccharide precipitated with 40% ethanol,while increasing ethanol concentrations precipitated more material of lower molecular weight.Polysaccharide precipitated with 40% ethanol also exhibited higher immunological activity.
