摘    要:2009年于泸州烟区通过田间试验研究了水氮耦合对烤烟干物质积累及产质量的影响,以为烤烟供氮和供水的最佳配比和用量提供一定依据。结果表明,灌水量、施氮量以及二者的交互作用对烟叶总糖、还原糖、淀粉、烟碱含量均达到了显著影响,不同灌水量、施氮量对总氮、石油醚提取物含量的影响达到显著水平。总体看来,灌水300 m3/hm2和施氮105 kg/hm2能够满足烤烟生长发育的需求,干物质积累较多,烟叶内在化学成分协调,而且能够实现优质丰产。

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted in Luzhou tobacco region in 2009 to study the effects of water and nitrogen coupling on dry matter accumulation and yield and quality of tobacco in order to find the most suitable proportion of nitrogen and water.The results showed that effects of irrigation amount,nitrogen application rate and their interaction on content of total sugar,reducing sugar,starch and nicotine were significant,and effects of different irrigation amount and nitrogen application rate on content of total nitrogen and petroleum ether extract was significant.In whole,W2N3 treatment,water 300 m3/hm2 and nitrogen 105 kg/hm2,could meet the requirement of tobacco,which could coordinate chemical constituents of tobacco leaves and achieve high yield and high quality.
