摘    要:采用均匀试验设计方法对沉水植物进行了干燥试验.根据试验结果建立了试验指标与影响因素之间的回归数学模型;通过对回归模型的降维处理得出了介质温度、介质风速、载料量对试验指标的影响趋势;用内点惩罚函数法对回归方程进行多目标综合优化,找出了沉水植物干燥的最佳工艺参数组合.试验研究和分析结果为水草干燥技术的进一步研究奠定了基础,同时为实际生产和干燥机的设计提供了理论依据;对推动水草饲料资源的开发、使湖泊富营养化综合治理滚动向前发展走生态经济之路,具有重大的现实意义.

Abstract:Drying experiment of submerged plant was done with uniform design experiment method, according to experiment results, mathematical regression model between experiment indexes and influencing factors was established; dimensions regression model were reduced, and influencing trend was got between experiment indexes and medium temperature, wind speed, and amount of material loaded; many objects of regression function were optimized with function law of punishment, and the better drying techniques parameters of submerged plant were got. The experiment results lay good foundation for the further study, which provided theoretical foundation for practical produce and dryer design, and possessed important significance for Lake Eutrophication management direction to submerged plant development and economy development.
