| 摘 要： | 本文采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法，对两性生殖的，产地分别是内蒙古盟桑根达莱盐湖卤虫（Ｓ）和伊盟浩勒报吉盐湖卤虫（Ｈ）进行了ＬＤＨ，ＥＳＴ和ＭＤＨ同工酶的分离，结果表明，品系Ｓ和Ｈ的这三种同工酶国多态酶，其酶谱与侯林等（１９９３）所做的研究相比较，伊盟和锡盟这两个品系卤虫不属于Ａ．ｆｒａｎｃｉｓａｎａ和中国孤雌性生殖品系的差异大（新疆巴里坤湖的除外）但与山西运城和吉林工农湖的两性品系卤虫较为相似

| Abstract: | The isozvmes of LDH,EST and MDH of two strains of Arremia from lnnerMongolia were analyzed by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).TheArtemia in which one is from Sanggendalai Salt Lake,the other is from Haolebaoji Salt Lake,are all bisexual reproduction.The resuIts had shown that the three isozymes of the twostrains were all polymorphic,Comparing with the zymogram analyzed by Hou Lin(1993),thetwo strains were not belong to A. franciscana(A. sp.).They were nore different to the fe-male parthenogenesis strains of China(not including the strain of Balikun Lake inXingjiang),but partly similar to the strains(A. sp.)of Yuncheng and Gong Nong salt lakes. |
