| 摘 要： | 目的]为了解芒市肉牛肠道寄生虫的感染情况，为其寄生虫病的防治提供参考。方法]从云南省德宏州肉牛场采集191份新鲜粪样，采用饱和盐水漂浮法和自然沉淀法检查寄生虫的感染情况。结果]共有124份样品检测出寄生虫感染，总感染率为64.92%,检出球虫、线虫、吸虫，其感染率分别为30.89%、4.19%、15.71%,混合感染率为14.41%。不同品种的肉牛之间寄生虫感染存在显著差异(P<0.05),不同养殖场、不同性别和不同年龄的肉牛之间寄生虫感染无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论]芒市肉牛寄生虫感染较为严重，其球虫的感染尤为突出，应定期驱虫和加强综合防治来促进肉牛的健康养殖。

| Abstract: | Objective] In order to understand the infection of intestinal parasites of beef cattle in Mang City and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases. Methods] 191 fresh feces samples were collected from dehong beef farm in yunnan province, and the infection of parasites was examined by the methods of saturated brine floating and natural precipitation. Result] A total of 124 samples were found to be infected with parasites, with a total infection rate of 64.92%. Coccidia, nematode and trematode were detected, with an infection rate of 30.89%, 4.19% and 15.71% respectively, and a mixed infection rate of 14.41%. There was significant difference in parasite infection among beef cattle of different breeds (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in parasite infection among beef cattle of different farms, genders and ages (P>0.05). Conclusion] Cattle in Mang City are seriously infected with parasites, especially coccidia. Regular deinsectization and comprehensive control should be strengthened to promote the healthy breeding of beef cattle. |
