摘    要:玉米是河北省第一大粮食作物,技术效率对保持生产力至关重要。本文以2012—2018年河北省宁晋县、大名县等5个主产县170个玉米种植户投入-产出数据为基础,利用DEA研究方法分析了河北省玉米生产技术效率的发展变化。结果表明:各县玉米生产综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率平均值分别为0.822、0.989、0.832。其中,玉田县和大名县玉米综合技术效率不高,全要素生产率未达到有效前沿,规模效率呈下降趋势。针对分析结果,从适度规模经营、科学合理分配投入要素等方面提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract:Corn is the largest food crop in Hebei Province, and technical efficiency is crucial to maintain productivity. Based on the input-output data of 170 maize growers in 5 main corn producing counties of Hebei Province such as Ningjin County and Daming County, from 2012 to 2018, this paper analyzed the development and change of corn production technical efficiency in Hebei Province by DEA research method. The results showed that the average value of comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of corn production in the 5 counties was 0.822, 0.989 and 0.832, respectively. Among them, the comprehensive technical efficiency of corn in Yutian County and Daming County was not high, the total factor productivity did not reach the effective frontier, and the scale efficiency presented a declining trend. According to the analysis results, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of moderate scale operation, scientific and reasonable allocation of input factors and so on.
