鲁南地区功能性稻米引种及品种筛选研究

摘    要:为了筛选出适合鲁南地区栽培的功能性稻米品种,本研究以初步筛选的8个水稻品种为试验材料,通过品种适宜性调查和小区试验,对不同品种的稻米蛋白质、铁、锌、硒进行了定量检测。调查结果表明,各参试品种特点特性表现正常,虽然品种间性状表现差异较大,但均能适应鲁南地区气候,‘长粒香’株型紧凑,‘水晶1号’、‘大粮糯1号’分蘖能力强,各品种对鲁南地区4种主要病害抗性表现较好。检测结果表明,‘黑香DL-1’功能性元素含量表现最好,‘大粮糯1号’蛋白质和铁含量较高,硒含量较普通品种高,‘水晶1号’可以作为富铁品种栽植,‘水晶2号’和‘越光’可以作为富锌品种栽培,‘长粒香’可以作为富硒产品开发。

Abstract:In this study, to screen out functional rice varieties suitable for cultivation in southern Shandong Province, eight rice varieties were selected as experimental materials, and the protein, iron, zinc and selenium were quantitatively detected through variety suitability investigation and plot test. Survey results showed that each test variety had normal characteristics. Although the differences between the varieties were quite obvious, the varieties could adapt to the climate in southern Shandong Province, and the plant type of ‘Changlixiang’ was compact, the tillering ability of ‘Crystal No.1’ and ‘Daliangnuo No.1’ were strong, and the resistance of each variety to the four main diseases in Southern Shandong Province was relatively good. The results showed that ‘Heixiang DL-1’ had the best content of functional elements, ‘Daliangnuo No.1’ had relatively high content of protein and iron, and higher content of selenium than that of common varieties. ‘Crystal No.1’ could be planted as iron rich variety, ‘Crystal No.2’ and ‘Yueguang’ could be planted as zinc rich variety, and ‘Changlixiang’ could be developed as selenium rich variety.
