棉花黄萎病抗性遗传研究

摘    要:不同棉花品种配成杂交组合,采用苗期沾根接种法,对棉花黄萎病(Verticillium dahlae)病原菌有代表性的单菌株VD-2、VD-5、VD-312的抗性遗传进行研究,都分别得出显性单基因遗传的结论,并且这三个单基因互不相同。T586品种对VD-2菌株的抗性基因和红叶基因呈独立遗传。棉花对黄萎病的抗性遗传具有垂直抗性的特点。致病力弱的VD-5菌株对致病力强的VD-8菌株的致病力有干扰作用。当用混合菌株接种时,杂种F_1的抗性表现极其复杂。

Abstract:Genetic analysis of resistance to different single isolates of V. dahliae was conducted with nine resistant and susceptible cultivars inoculated by root-dipping method in the greenhouse. The results showed that the inheritance of resistance to isolateVD-2, VD-5, and VD-312 was controlled by different single dominant genes; the gene of resistance to isolate VD-2 in cultivar T586 was probabaly independent of the red leaf gene(R). Isolate VD-5 might interfer with the virulence of isolate VD-8. The resistant responce of those hybrids inoculated with mixed isolates was extremely complex, ranging from positive superdominance to negative superdominance.
