| 摘 要： | 四季鹅抱窝期间血浆葡萄糖浓度显著低于醒抱后恢复期水平,而血浆游离脂肪酸浓度高出四倍;并且两者呈强直线负相关。血浆总脂水平抱窝期显著高于醒抱后恢复期。结果提示:四季鹅在其抱窝期间,由于采食抑制,主要依靠消耗体内脂肪储备来满足其能量需要。

| Abstract: | The plasma concentration of glucose, free fatty acid (FFA) and total lipids were determined to study the intermediate metabolism changes in eight adult Siii female geese during incubation.The average plasma glucose level during 4-week incubation was significantly lower than that in the post-brooding period which lasted 4 weeks. The concentration of FFA during the incubation period was 5-fold more than that of post-brooding period. The variation of plasma concentration of FFA was negatively correlated with that of glucose. Total lipids level in plasma during incubation was significantly higher than that in post periodThese results suggest that Siji geese mainly rely on the oxidation of lipids to meet their energy requirments during incubation because of the inhibition of food intake |
