| 摘 要： | 以MS为基本培养基,采用固体,液体和固液双层3种不同培养方式研究不同外源激素对甘草试管苗生长的影响,以建立优化的甘草试管快繁体系。试验结果表明,固体培养是甘草试管苗快繁的最佳培养方式,试管苗全长、根长、株重、根重、根直径以及叶片数均明显优于液体及固液双层培养方式。不同外源激素对试管苗具有显著的影响,甘草试管苗在1.0 mg/L IBA外源激素下的各项生长指标明显强于1.0 mg/L IAA,并在MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+13.5 mg/L KH2PO4培养基中表现最好。而13.5mg/L KH2PO4更有利于诱导试管苗快速生根。 |
