摘    要:探讨了白缘鱼央(Liobagrus marginatus Günther)精子在不同浓度的钠、钾、钙、镁、葡萄糖溶液和果糖溶液中的活动情况。结果显示,钠和钾对白缘鱼央精子活动影响的浓度值接近且规律相似,精子活力在钠75mmol/L时最高,达52s,在钾50mmol/L时最高,为55s。与钠、钾相反,10mmol/L的钙、镁已构成对白缘鱼央精子活动的抑制,开始呈现精子的聚集现象。白缘鱼央精子活力在果糖溶液78mmol/L时为69s,在葡萄糖溶液125mmol/L时最高,达78s,较钠、钾、钙、镁有明显提高。

Abstract:The movement of margined bullhead(Liobagrus marginatus) spermatozoon in various concentrations of Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and glucose,fructose solution was studied.The results showed that the sperm mobility was the best,52 s,in 75 mmol/L Na+ solution.While it was the best,55 s,in 50 mmol/L K+ solution.On the contrary,the sperm mobility was inhibited in 10 mmol/L Ca2+ and Mg2+.
