两种城市污泥的小白菜效应研究

摘    要:为确定太谷、农大两种污泥肥料在菜园土壤中的适宜施用量,通过单因素盆栽试验研究了太谷、农大2种不同城市污泥对小白菜产量、养分及重金属含量的影响。结果表明:适量施用污泥能增加小白菜产量,2种污泥的适宜施用范围不同,太谷污泥的适宜施用量为20 g·kg-1土,农大污泥的适宜施用量为120 g·kg-1土。施用污泥增加了小白菜氮、磷、钾养分含量和重金属含量。太谷污泥小白菜N、P、K含量的增幅依次为NKP,农大污泥小白菜N、P、K含量的增幅依次为PKN。随着太谷污泥施用量的增加,小白菜Cu、Zn、As、Hg 4种重金属含量均呈增加趋势。随着农大污泥施用量的增加,小白菜Cu、Zn含量呈增加趋势,As、Hg含量呈先增加后减少的趋势。小白菜重金属铜、锌、汞含量均是地上部低于地下部,而砷含量则为地上部高于地下部。在本试验的2种污泥不同施用量下,小白菜重金属含量均未超过国家蔬菜质量控制标准(GB 2762—2005)。

Abstract:A pot culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of Taigu and Nongda sewage sludge on the yield, nutrient contents, and heavy metal content of pak-choi. The results showed that proper amount of sewage sludge increased the yield of pak-choi, the suitable application of two kinds of sewage sludge was different. Taigu sewage sludge suitable application was 20 g· kg^-1 and Nongda sewage sludge suitable application was 120g· kg^-1. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and heavy metal in pakchoi were increased. The increase of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium in pak-choi was N〉K〉P by applying Taigu sewage sludge and the increase of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium in pak-choi was P〉K〉N by applying Nongda sewage sludge. The contents of Cu, Zn, As, Hg in pak-choi were increased as the increased application of Taigu sewage sludge. The contents of Cu, Zn in pak-choi were increased and As, Hg in pak-choi were decreased as the increased application of Nongda sewage sludge. The contents of Cu, Zn and Hg in underground part of pak-choi were higher than that in aboveground part and the contents of As in aboveground part was higher than that in underground part. In this experiment, the contents of Cu, Zn, As, Hg in pak-choi were all under the acceptable range according to national vegetable safety standards (GB 2762-2005 ).
