| 摘 要： | 应用根尖压片法对栾树（无患子科栾树属）的染色体数目和核型进行了研究，结果表明：栾树体细胞染色体数目为2n=32，核型公式为：K（2n）=32=16m＋12sm＋4st，属于“2C”类型。染色体相对长度组成为2n=32=10L＋6m^2＋4M1＋12S，染色体为小染色体，且为较进化的类型。

| Abstract: | The number and karyotype of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm （Sapindaceae, Koelreuteria）chromosome is researched,applying fingertip pressing flake method. The number of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm somatic cell chromosome is 2n = 32, and the formula for karyotype is K（2n）= 32 = 16m＋12sm＋ 4st and belongs to the type of ＂2C＂. The relative length of chromosome is 2n= 32 = 10L＋6m^2＋4M1＋12S, the karyotype belongs to the smaller type and a more evolved type. |
