栾树的核型分析

摘    要:应用根尖压片法对栾树(无患子科栾树属)的染色体数目和核型进行了研究,结果表明:栾树体细胞染色体数目为2n=32,核型公式为:K(2n)=32=16m+12sm+4st,属于“2C”类型。染色体相对长度组成为2n=32=10L+6m^2+4M1+12S,染色体为小染色体,且为较进化的类型。

Abstract:The number and karyotype of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm (Sapindaceae, Koelreuteria)chromosome is researched,applying fingertip pressing flake method. The number of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm somatic cell chromosome is 2n = 32, and the formula for karyotype is K(2n)= 32 = 16m+12sm+ 4st and belongs to the type of "2C". The relative length of chromosome is 2n= 32 = 10L+6m^2+4M1+12S, the karyotype belongs to the smaller type and a more evolved type.
