| Abstract: | Abstract: The current situation of China''s edible fungi industry was summarized from the aspects of output,
output value, production type, planting mode, regional distribution, production efficiency and market circulation,
and the problems existing in the industrial development were analyzed, such as the lack of innovation of seed
industry, the need to improve production efficiency, extensive production mode and the lack of postpartum
intensive processing. Some suggestions were put forward from strengthening the research, development and
management of seed industry technology, optimizing cultivar structure, green and efficient development, intensive
development, increasing the extraction and application research of active components of edible fungi and
promoting the development of industrial integration, so as to realize the high-quality development of edible fungi. |
