| 摘 要： | 通过白灵菇菌丝在含臭阿魏和香阿魏提取物培养基上的生长试验,探讨了两种阿魏提取物培养基与常规PDA培养基对白灵菇菌丝生长影响的差异性,及两种阿魏不同浓度提取物对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响.结果表明,WTHZ]含两种阿魏提取物的培养基对白灵菇母种菌丝生长有明显的促进作用,均优于常规PDA培养基,臭阿魏促进菌丝生长的适宜提取物浓度为24 g/L,菌丝平均长速为0.55 cm/d,香阿魏为18 g/L,日平均生长量达到0.65 cm,常规PDA培养基菌丝日平均生长量只有0.21 cm,香阿魏比臭阿魏的促进作用更加显著.WTBZ]

| Abstract: | The present study was designed to investigate the difference of the effect of medium extracted from the two Ferulae and medium of conventional PDA on the growth of Pleurotus ferulae lanzi hypha,and the effect of extracts with different concentrations of the two Ferulae on the growth of Pleurtus ferulae lanzi Hypha.The results indicated that the medium with extracts of the two Ferulae significantly promoted the growth of Pleurotus Ferulae lanzi hypha,which was superior to the medium of conventional PDA.The daily mean growth quantity of conventional PDA.The daily mean growth quantity of the medium was up to 0.65 cm.The daily mean growth quantity of conventional PDA only was 0.21 cm.It was clear that the medium of Ferulae incense smell was superior to that of ferulae nebrodensis. |
