枸杞雄性不育株花药败育的显微结构观察

摘    要:选用枸杞"YX-1"雄性不育株不同发育时期的花蕾为试材,以当地主栽品种宁杞1号为对照,利用石腊制片技术对其花蕾不同发育时期的细胞显微结构进行比较研究.结果表明:在造孢细胞时期,雄不育植株造孢细胞有解体现象;在花粉母细胞时期,雄不育植株有的表现为花药大小分布不均,表现为绒毡层细胞内含物融合形成周原质团;在四分体期,雄不育植株花药壁有的表现为畸形,扭曲成瘤状突起,有的表现为药隔和花粉囊壁分离,四分体形成数量少;绒毡层发育异常,雄不育株绒毡层细胞内含物融合形成周原质团或细胞径向伸长形成周原质团并侵占药室,导致小孢子败育或形成数量极少的小孢子,最终形成完全不育型和不育I型 .枸杞雄不育植株的花粉败育时期可发生在造孢细胞期到四分体期.

Abstract:The pollen development of "YX-1"sterile Lycium barbarum L. is observed with paraffin embed section. The observation indicated that the sterile sporogenous cell is disassembly phenomenon. Compare with the local main fertile "Ningqi 1" variety. The sterile microsporocyte is not so uniform in size, the content of tapetum cell dissolve as periplasmodia. During the tetrad period, sterile anther wall abnormally develop in tuber , the connectivum separates from pollen sac wall, tetrad is poorly developed, the content of tapetum cell dissolve as peripiasmodia and protrude in pollen cells. That result in microspore abortion, left with quite limited number of microspore to develop continually, which give complete sterile type and the sterile type I respectively. The research demonstrates that the key stage for pollen abortion is the period from sporogenous cell stage to tetrad stage.
