| 摘 要： | 本文认为台商到福建投资开发茶叶，有经济、地理及人文方面的原因。台商投资重心在闽南，特别是安溪；投资方向有观光茶园，种植与加工及茶叶深加工与系列产品开发。台商企业的经营方式主要有自产自销型、自产兼收购型、纯收购型及加工与经营机械结合型。其经济效益与从业基础、经营管理水平有关。台资在福建投资茶业推动了福建茶叶发展，具体表现在促进了大陆制茶机械改进，促进乌龙茶制作工艺的改革，促进茶叶销售，也促进大陆茶叶

| Abstract: | The authors in this paper considered that, there are some economic, geographic and humanistic reasons that Taiwan businessmen invested Fujian tea industry. The focal area where Taiwanese invested is South part of Fujian, especially in Anxi county; the invested direction included sightseeing tea-garden, plantation and proceeding, as well as intensive proceeding of tea products and the development of series tea products. The running manners of Taiwanese enterprises mainly included self-cropping and self-selling type, self-cropping with purchasing type, absolute purchasing type, and proceeding type with selling machinery equipments. The economic benefit of these enterprises varied with their basic trade condition, management level. The investment of Taiwanese enterprises in Fujian promoted the development of tea industry, the concrete facts are: it promoted the improvement of tea-proceeding machinery in mainland, the reform of Oolong tea manufacturing technology, the selling status in China and variation of tea running conception in mainland. |
