基层组织和社会网络对小农水管护的影响研究

摘    要:基于黄河灌区6省12个县的农户调查数据,运用有序probit模型,分析了基层组织和社会网络对小农水管护效果的影响。研究结果表明:基层组织和社会网络均显著正向影响小农水管护效果。进一步将社会网络细分为亲友网络和一般网络发现,一般网络对管护效果的影响更加显著,且通过交互分析发现,基层组织会增强一般网络对管护效果的积极影响,而对亲友网络会起到负向调节作用。

Abstract:Based on the survey data of 1140 farmers in 12 counties of 6 provinces in the Yellow River Irrigation District, the ordered probit model is used to analyze the impact of grassroots organization and social networks on the management and maintenance effect of small-scale farmland water conservancy facilities. The results of the study show that both grassroots organization and social networks significantly positively affects the management and maintenance effects of small-scale farmland water conservancy facilities. The social network is further subdivided into the network of friends and relatives and general network, the impact of the general network on the management and maintenance effect is more significant, and through interactive analysis, it is found that the grassroots organization will enhance the positive impact of the general networks on the management and maintenance effect, while the networks of friends and relatives will play a negative adjustment role.
