基于MaxEnt的无翼坡垒在三亚潜在适生区的研究

摘    要:【目的】预测无翼坡垒Hopea exalata在三亚的潜在适生区,并分析影响无翼坡垒分布的气候和地形等宏观角度的环境变量,为无翼坡垒的就地保护与迁地保护提供理论支持。【方法】基于MaxEnt模型将气候因子、土壤因子以及高程、坡度、坡向、径流累积量和太阳辐射共56个环境变量进行分析建模。【结果】MaxEnt模型的测试结果 AUC值为0.992,训练数据的AUC值为0.991,模型模拟效果良好。结果得到了无翼坡垒适生区的范围为三亚吉阳区与海棠区交界的甘什岭一带,并将此作为最终研究区。研究区中低适宜适生区面积为585.29 hm2,约占研究区面积的10%;一般适宜适生区面积为529.46 hm2,约占研究区面积的9%;高适宜适生区面积为711.13 hm2,约占研究区面积的14%;核心适宜适生区面积为632.09 hm2,约占研究区面积的11%。得到了各环境变量对模型的贡献率及重要性数值,结果表明BIO14对模型的贡献率为41.4%,重要性为42.3%;高程对模型的贡献率为17.9%,重要性为34.8%;BIO19对模型的贡献率为12.8%,重要性为7.7%;tgravel对模型的贡献率为5.2%,重要性为9.5%。【结论】无翼坡垒的适生区范围为三亚甘什岭一带,影响无翼坡垒潜在适生区的主导环境变量为BIO14、高程、BIO19和tgravel。无翼坡垒的适生条件为:在干燥和寒冷季具有较低的降水量需求;要求上层土壤中的碎石比例较低,碎石比例达到15%时无翼坡垒的生长概率几乎为0;无翼坡垒的适生区海拔范围要求为200~400 m。

Abstract:【Objective】Predictting the potential suitable area of the Hopea exalata in Sanya,analyzing the environmental variables such as climate and topography that affect the distribution of Hopea exalata,to provides theoretical support of protectting Hopea exalata.【Method】Based on MaxEnt model,climatic factors,soil factors,and 56 environmental variables including elevation,slope,aspect,runoff accumulation and solar radiation were analyzed and modeled.【Result】The AUC value of the MaxEnt model is 0.992,and the AUC value of the training data is 0.991.The model simulation effect is good.As a result,the area suitable for Hopea exalata is the area of Ganshiling at the junction of Jiyang district and Haishu district of Sanya,and this is the final research area.The area of suitable low-lying suitable area in the study area is 585.29 hm2,accounting for about 10%of the area of the study area;the suitable areas is 529.46 hm2,accounting for 9%of the area of the study area;the area of high suitable area is 711.13 hm2,accounting for about 14%of the study area;the core suitable suitable area is 632.09 hm2,accounting for about 11%of the study area.The contribution rate and importance value of each environmental variable to the model are obtained.The results show that the contribution rate of BIO_14 to the model is 41.4%,the importance is 42.3%;the contribution of elevation to the model is 17.9%,and the importance is 34.8%;BIO_19 contributes 12.8%to the model and 7.7%in importance;t_gravel contributes 5.2%to the model and has an importance of 9.5%.【Conclusion】The suitable area of the wingless barrier is the Sanshi Ganshiling area.The dominant environmental variables affecting the potential suitable area of Hopea exalata are BIO_14,elevation,BIO_19 and t_gravel.The suitable conditions for Hopea exalata as follows:Low precipitation is demand in the dry and cold seasons;The proportion of gravel in the upper soil is required to be low,and the growth probability of Hopea exalata is almost 0 when the proportion of the gravel reaches 15%;The suitable range of the suitable area of Hopea exalata is 200-400 m.
