| 摘 要： | 由于抗菌药物的广泛使用，使很多养殖场的畜禽粪便中长期存在一种或多种抗菌药物的残留。畜禽粪便中抗菌药物残留不仅对微生态环境造成破坏，而且通过食物链对人体健康造成影响。有关学者就畜禽粪便中一些抗菌药物的残留检测方法进行了相关研究，已报道的有四环素类、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类、磺胺类及聚醚类离子载体抗生素等，所建立方法都是高效液相色谱检测法（HPLC）。同时，对有的抗菌药物还进行了降解规律和方法的研究，如金霉素、恩诺沙星及盐霉素等。这些研究将为控制和消除畜禽粪便中抗菌药物残留以及促进其循环再利用提供科学依据。
