| 摘 要： | 为了探寻黄瓜霜霉病的无公害防治方法,采用大蒜鳞茎粗提液分别对黄瓜叶盘、叶片以及幼苗霜霉病进行防病与治病试验。结果表明:随着大蒜鳞茎粗提液浓度的增加,对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果增强,在黄瓜叶盘、离体叶片和幼苗上防病治病的最低浓度不同。大蒜鳞茎粗提液浓度为350 mg/mL时在叶盘上的防病效果和治病效果均达显著水平;大蒜鳞茎粗提液浓度达400 mg/mL和200 mg/mL时在黄瓜成株离体叶片上的防病治病效果显著。大蒜鳞茎粗提液达350 mg/mL时在黄瓜幼苗上的防病效果和治病效果均达到90%以上。
