摘    要:目的]为蓝莓快速繁殖技术的研究提供参考。方法]通过综述蓝莓快速繁殖中的初代培养、继代培养、复壮培养、生根培养技术分析了蓝莓快速繁殖的技术条件。结果]初代培养的综合条件为:pH值5.2,121℃下高温灭菌20min,(25±2)℃下培养,空气相对湿度为60%左右,光照强度为2200lx,光照时间为17h/d。初代培养无菌芽苗的茎与叶的继代增殖率均可达10倍以上。BA处理的外植体的增殖率和成苗率均低于ZT处理。0.8mg/LZT处理的离体茎段上不定芽的增殖系数达最大,为45。当细胞分裂素浓度相同时,芽外植体越大,增殖系数越大,芽苗生长越旺盛。液体培养方式更能培育出健壮试管苗。结论]该研究为蓝莓快速繁殖技术的应用奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of the study was to provide reference for researching rapid propagation technique of blueberry.Method] The technical condition for rapid propagation of blueberry was analyzed through summarizing primary culture,subculture,rejuvenescence culture and rooting culture techniques in rapid propagation of blueberry.Result] The comprehensive condition for primary culture was as follows:the pH value was 5.2,the temperature and time of high-temperature sterilization were 121 ℃ and 20 min,the culture temperature was (25±2)℃,the relative air humidity was about 60%,the intensity and time of illumination were 2 200 lx and 17 h/d.The subculture proliferation rate of stem and leaf of sterile bud-seedlings from primary culture could reach above 10 times.The proliferation rate and seedling rate of explants treated with BA were lower than that of explants treated with ZT.The proliferation coefficient of adventurous buds on ex vivo stem segments treated with 0.8 mg/L ZT reached maximum,being 45.When cytokinin concn.were same,the bigger the bud explants were,the bigger the proliferation coefficient was and the more prosperously the bud-seedlings grew.It was more possible to breed healthy tube seedlings by using liquid culture.Conclusion] This study laid a theoretical foundation for application of rapid propagation technique of blueberry.
