摘    要:目的]分析人造板产品的甲醛释放量特征及变化,有助于质量监督部门对产品进入市场前的监督、为消费者提供必要的人造板甲醛释放量警戒。方法]采取厂家样品送检、进厂(场)抽检相结合的办法,对省内人造板产品的甲醛释放量进行监测,持续时间3年。结果]连续3年的定位抽检和送抽表明,贵州省主要人造板大干燥器法的平均甲醛释放量排序为胶合板>中密板>细木工板>刨花板>饰面板>强化板,相应值为15.934、8.280、6.913、5.717、2.668和0.925 mg/L。甲醛释放量均值较高者变动幅度较小。甲醛释放量频率分布中,强化板、细木工板和刨花板呈"偏左型"偏态分布,胶合板和饰面板呈均匀分布,中密板呈"偏右型"偏态分布。除强化板外,不同人造板甲醛释放量的大、小干燥器测定法之间有着紧密的直线关系,可作为不同方法间的数据转换和预测依据。产地、规格和生产时间对人造板甲醛释放量有影响,均未达显著水平。结论]不同人造板产品的甲醛释放量存在差异,产地、规格和生产时间对人造板甲醛释放量有影响,均未达显著水平。

Abstract:Objective] In order to supervise the formaldehyde contents of wood-based panels from quality and technology department and provide the formaldehyde contents warning for customers,the formaldehyde emission of main wood-based panels in Guizhou province was analyzed.Method] Formaldehyde emission of main wood-based panels in Guizhou province was analyzed,used by methods with selected and sent from factories in 3 years.Result] The ordination of average formaldehyde emission in wood-based panels from factory samples in Guizhou province was,located monitoring in 3 years,method by big desiccator's,plywood>semi-hardboard>blockboard>particleboard>laminated veneer>enhancing wood-floor,and relative values were 15.934,8.280,6.913,5.717,2.668 and 0.925 mg/L.The change index of formaldehyde emission in wood-based panels which average value was high was lower.In frequency distribution of formaldehyde emission in samples,tope value of the model of enhancing wood-floor,blockboard and particleboard was near left,and that of semi-hardboard was near right,and that of plywood and laminated veneer was near even.Besides enhancing wood-floor,formaldehyde emission between big and small desiccator's method in another wood-based panels had remarkable line correlation.Influence of factories,types and producing time on formaldehyde emission in wood-based panels had not obvious difference.Conclusion] Formaldehyde emission of different wood-based panels in Guizhou province excited disparity,it was affected by factories and norms and producing time.
