| 摘 要： | 试验分别测定了不同浓度的茶皂素、乐果及茶皂素与乐果混剂对菜缢管蚜的毒力。结果表明，茶皂素本身对菜缢管蚜的毒力很低，但其对乐果有极显著的增效作用。同浓度的乐果药液凡是加入了茶皂素的处理蚜虫死亡率均明显比未加的单剂高。２４小时测定乐果单剂、乐果＋５００ｍｇ／Ｌ茶皂素（ＴＳ）和乐果＋１０００ｍｇ／ＬＴＳ处理的ＬＣ５０分别为４０．１５、３２．８７和１８．５９ｍｇ／Ｌ；而４８小时测定的ＬＣ５０则分别为１５．３３、１０．１１和７．７７ｍｇ／Ｌ。

| Abstract: | Toxicity of tea saponin,dimethoate and mixture of the two compounds at different concentrations on turnip aphid Lipaphis erysimi was examined. Results showed that tea saponin itself had low toxicity on turnip aphid,but it could significantly increase the effect of demethoate. Mortality of aphid treated with dimethoate solutions containing tea saponin was higher than that of dimethoate solutions at the same concentrations. The LC 50 s of dimethoate,dimethoate mixed with 500mg/L tea saponin and dimethoate mixed with 1000mg/L TS were 40.15 ,32.87 and 18.59mg/L 24h after treatments,those were 15.33,10.11 and 7.77mg/L 48h after treatment. |
