摘    要:湖北森林是国家建设宝贵资源的重要组成部分,对湖北工农业生产建设、交通运输业的发展,人民生活的改善以及自然环境的改造方面发挥了重大的作用。采用中国林业行业标准《森林生态系统服务功能研究规范》的相关研究方法和指标体系,根据湖北省森林资源一、二类清查数据及样点调查监测数据,对湖北省森林环境的价值进行了计量。结果为森林吸收大气污染物价值为64.87亿元/a;滞尘价值为309.06亿元/a;降低噪音价值为16.50亿元/a;改善小气候价值为0.45亿元/a。

Abstract:Hubei forests is valuable resource and an important part for nation-building,which played a signifi-cant role in Hubei industrial and agricultural production,construction,transportation development,impro-ving lives and transform the natural environment.the research methods and index system of Forest Ecosys-tem Services Research Standards from Chinese Forestry Industry Standard was adopted,According to the in-ventory data of National forest resources and the management resources and the survey monitoring data,En-vironmental values of forests in Hubei Province were measured。The results showed that Forests absorb at-mospheric pollutants value was 6.487 billion Yuan per year;dust value was 30.906 billion Yuan per year;re-duce the noise value was 1.65 billion Yuan per year;improve the microclimate of the value of 45 million Yuan per year.
