黑龙江省新审定水稻品种品质性状分析

摘    要:通过2000—2004年黑龙江省审定的35个水稻品种品质性状分析,结果表明,所有供试材料品质总分没有达到部颁优质米一级标准,有74.29%达到部颁优质米二级标准。供试材料品质性状间垩白米率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量达到部颁优质米的一级标准;品质性状间存在显著或极显著的相关性;品质性状的主成分分析,糙米率因子、垩白度因子、直链淀粉含量因子、蛋白质含量因子、整精米率因子的特征根累计贡献率达82.5%。建立品质总分回归方程:Y=75.086+0.246 x1-0.932 x2 -0.577 x3 -0.124 x4 +3.072 x5。

Abstract:Some grain quality traits of 35 new rice varieties in Heilongjiang province in 2000—2004 were analyzed. Results showed that, according to standard for Fine Quality Rice, by Ministry of Agriculture, China(NY/T-593-2002), no varieties reached first class’s standard of quality score, and 74.29% rice varieties reached 2nd class’s standard of quality score; Chalky grain、chalkiness and amylose content reached first class’s standard of quality score among quality trait of varieties tested; Correlation coefficients among some quality trait of varieties were significantly positive at 5% and 1% levels; Cumulative percent of brow rice factor、chalky gain factor, amylose content factor, protein content factor and head rice factor reached 82.5% through principal component analysis of grain quality traits, and Regress equation of quality score which was Y=75.086+0.246 x1-0.932 x2 -0.577 x3 -0.124 x4 +3.072 x5 were established.
