宽柄芥胞质雄性不育系的选育与主要性状鉴定

摘    要:以茎瘤芥不育系JL154-5A为不育源,宽柄芥优良自交系为转育父本,通过杂交和连续回交的方法选育出4个具有代表性、不育性状稳定、经济性状良好的宽柄芥胞质雄性不育系DJA、K6A、HK-1A、K46A,对不育系的主要特征和农艺性状表现进行了调查,并用SSR分子标记进行了系统观察鉴定,确证是一批可以利用的宽柄芥优良胞质雄性不育系。

Abstract:Using the mustard male sterile lines JL154-5A as sterility source, and fine cultivars of Brassica juncea (inbred lines) as male parents, four B. juncea CMS, DJA, K6A, HK -1A and K46A, with representativeness, stable sterile characteristic and fine economic characteristic, were obtained through cross hybridizing and continuous back cross. This paper systematically observed and identified the main characteristics, agronomic trait expression and SSR molecular marker of the male sterile lines, and confirmed that a lot of good B. juncea CMS could be utilized in future actual production.
